Orgins of the Tall man

I have always been interested in media. The whole creative process fascinates me. I studied media at GCSE followed by a Btec in Creative Media (television and film). I decided early on that I did not want to go to uni but wanted to learn on the job.

After a year of rejection to media applications, I was lucky enough to gain a place on the BBC Production Apprentice scheme as a cameraman with News and Current Affairs. I can honestly say I have had a wonderful experience. I have met so many inspiring people both behind the camera, who have been generous with their time and support, and in front, in the stories I have had the privilege to be part of.

More recently, probably due to my late Grandad, I have discovered photography and am now an enthusiastic snapper.

As my apprenticeship comes to an end I am looking forward to the next part of the adventure.
